The easiest and most efficient way is via our dedicated online form. Applications received are carefully checked by our HR team and forwarded to the right contact person. After all, we aim to give every applicant open and constructive feedback – regardless of whether they are hired or not.
An informative CV and cover letter will help us gain a first impression. The last (work) reference can round off the package. You are welcome to include further references or certificates – but they are not a must. In any case, it should be clear which position or area the application is aimed at.
If an application appeals to us, an interview usually follows in order to get to know the candidate better – ideally in person, but there may of course also be situations in which a video call is appropriate. If both sides have a good impression afterwards, more in-depth discussions can follow – depending on the position. However, it is also possible that after the first personal contact, things can move very quickly and we can start drafting the contract together.
We aim to respond quickly to applications received – usually within one to two weeks.
Yes, absolutely. We are of course very interested in getting to know exciting personalities and talents who are convinced that they can strengthen and help us. Especially when we have no suitable vacancies advertised.
