  • Direct, plan and implement objectives and activities of the company’s U.S. operational units
  • Implement strong growth of company’s U.S. operations while ensuring quality and timely delivery as well as profits
  • Implement the overall corporate objectives in the American market
  • Manage and motivate employees, particularly the steering of the general management of the subsidiaries
  • Make investing decisions and create a framework to assure continuous acquisition of new customers
  • Support corporate acquisitions
  • Coordinate organization’s processes and structures and ensure increased efficiency
  • Implement the planning decisions taken by the executive board of the parent company in an entrepreneurial way
  • Direct company’s financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments and increase efficiency
  • Ensure that existing customers are sustainably and intensively supported
  • Build trust relations and support of the customer network at the executive level
  • Encourage and develop company’s innovative strength
  • Organize and implement the change processes, particularly as part of the integration of acquired companies
  • Report directly to the executive board of German parent company
  • Requires little travel


Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related
  • 5 years of post-bachelor progressive experience in the job offered or occupation in finance management, Supply Chain management, operations management, project management, or related field
