Enrich our team as an installer (m/f/d) for photovoltaics & solar.
YOU ARE WORKING ON THIS WITH ENERGY:
- You will confidently and expertly lead your team of up to three assemblers in the installation of photovoltaic modules including roof mounts on flat and pitched roofs as well as hall roofs.
- You and your team are responsible for connecting the modules according to the specified planning. Moreover, you deliver the material and set up the construction site
- To ensure that everything is properly connected, you will also place the cable routes to the inverter
- As a team leader, you make sure that the highest safety standards are always properly maintained
- Last but not least, you are responsible for the work site organization and tuning with the customers
Your Profile:
- Vocational training in craftsmenship, e.g. as a thatcher, carpenter, scaffolder (m/f/d) or similar
- Ideally two or more years of professional experience in the installation of photovoltaic systems; experience in leading teams, work site organization and reconciliation with customers
- Driving license class BE
- Good German language skills, reliability and team competence, high sense of responsibility, safety and quality as well as flexible in terms of time and location
